Approach to Practice
Early learning educators and families have an important role in supporting children in following their curiosity and sense of wonderment. Engaging in networking and continuous learning about how children play, experience, and learn is foundational to creating environments for all children to flourish.
Exploring new concepts, approaches and ideas in a supportive, engaging, facilitated learning community, supports educators in examining change options, embracing innovative approaches, using reflective practice to advance new learning, and trigger new curiosities and a sense of wonderment in practice.
